NOTE: Candles incur an extra $2 charge per candle to cover packaging and postage costs

PAYMENT
Payment is securely by PayPal using your credit card.
Please check all your purchase, contact and postal details are correct so we can process your order effectively.
DISPATCH
We aim to process your order and have it posted within 24 hours. We prefer to post complete orders so if there are any delays with any items in stock we will notify you via email and keep you up to date.
DELIVERY
We use Australia Post’s Regular Delivery. Please accurately enter your full postal details and phone number. We will not cover the charges for postage to a wrong address due to incorrect address entered by you.
We can only offer guaranteed delivery if you opt for regular mail plus registered post. If you wish to take this option please EMAIL us your order, full postal details and contact phone number so we can give you a quote on the cost. (Depending on weight generally approx an extra $10).
Registered post requires a signature so we can not post to a post office box. Enhance Natural Therapies does not accept responsibility for any package sent Regular Post, as we cannot guarantee the postman putting your package into the right letterbox or that your package isn’t stolen from your letterbox. If you are in doubt we recommend you use the registered post option.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The use of this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions Agreement of Sale as set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Enhance Natural Therapies confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Enhance Natural Therapies reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
Enhance Natural Therapies is the service provider; also referred to as "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Enhance Natural Therapies; also referred to as "you".
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
• Please note that by choosing to purchase over the internet you accept responsibility for the items being sent through the post. We guarantee that all items will leave our premises in premium condition and will be carefully packed with any breakable items marked fragile. Even though we have not had any problems to date, we can not guarantee how the parcel will be handled or cared for by Australia Post. Therefore return shipping and handling prices of items damaged in the post are the responsibility of the customer. To show our commitment to excellent customer service however, we will cover the postage cost to send the replacement items to you. (This applies to replacement of items that have been damaged in the post and approved by us).
• For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, or refund, the customer must first contact us to confirm eligibility and to receive instructions on how the items are to be returned. DO NOT send products back without contacting us by phone or email first. Return in itself does not guarantee entitlement, and we do not accept responsibility should the items become lost or damaged in transit.
• Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Enhance Natural Therapies within 48 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by email or phone. If item(s) received is not what was ordered do not open the product seal or use the product. Any attempt to remove the seal or use of the item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
• ITEMS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE – (That is that the item is not what you wanted and you wish to exchange it for something else). You are welcome to return an item in exchange for something else as long as we receive the original item in its original, un-used condition. The item must be returned in its original, un-used state and ALL postage charges (both ways) must be paid for by the customer.
• INCORRECT ORDER – (You have not received the correct order) we try our best to set high customer service standards however sometimes human error is un-avoidable. If this has happened we offer our immediate apologies. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for instructions. The incorrect products will need to be returned to us and we will send you the correct order with all postage refunded to you (including original postage charges).
• DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED – (The item has reached you and has been damaged in the post). We guarantee that all items will leave our premises in premium condition and will be carefully packed with any breakable items marked fragile. Even though we have not had any problems to date, we can not guarantee how the parcel will be handled or cared for by Australia Post. Therefore Shipping and handling prices are the responsibility of the customer for goods that are received damaged. We will cover the postal charges for shipping a replacement of the damaged item to you. The damaged, un-used item must be returned with return postal charges covered by the customer. For replacements where a damaged item is broken glass – a photo of the damaged item will need to be provided as proof and the broken glass will need to be disposed of carefully by how the parcel will be handled by Australia Post.
• CANCELING ORDERS - Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after dispatch will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Cancellations may be communicated by email or phone.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ITEMS
1) You must contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving goods to notify us of reasons for returning your purchase.
2) Once an exchange or refund has been accepted by us you will be given instructions on how to correctly return the items to avoid damage in the post.
3) The product must be returned in its original and un-used state for the refund or exchange to be accepted by us.
4) For refunds where a damaged item is broken glass – a photo of the damaged item will need to be provided as proof and the broken glass will need to be disposed of carefully by you.
5) Upon receipt of your items in original and un-opened condition we will process a refund to your credit card within 24 hours.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• All natural and organic ingredients in the products we sell are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. However a very small number of people can react to natural ingredients. If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use immediately. Enhance Natural Therapies are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient and will not refund your money should this occur; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use.
• While we have tried to display the colours of products as accurately as possible, please be aware all computers display colours slightly differently.
• We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour that sometimes may occur with natural products.
• This return for refund policy is not applicable for a change of mind, lack of expertise in using the product, or wrong colour or scent choice.
• Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on skin care or baby care where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
• A refund is not available if the customer has bought the item for someone else who does not want it.

We loathe spam as much as you do and we DO NOT give or sell your information out to anyone.
